How long will it take to get my orders?

It depends on where you are. Our typical processing time is 2-3 business days before dispatch. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Is there a minimum order?

Nope. Because we print at scale we can flexible. Order 1 or 1,000 the choice is yours. Discounts apply for bulk orders.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Absolutely amazing

I ordered a personalised rock slate and I was a little concerned about process - postage time surrounding Xmas. And then I was communicated that stock expected went missing but was assured that they are prioritising another load of slates. Once they came in they got it done and shipped express at no extra charge. I received a few days before Xmas and I was absolutely thrilled and happy with the outcome on what I wanted. It was beautiful! Their communication was prompt and customer service was top notch. I do recommend this company as they went the distance to get me what I ordered before Xmas!
