You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. We use Australia Post and TOLL for deliveries at our discretion.

What if I am not home to receive my delivery?
Please keep an eye on the tracking details provided to you. If you are not present, the driver may leave a card for you to pick-up your item from a delivery depot or may leave on your property if safe to do so. Items that are left uncollected may be returned to us in which case a redelivery fee may apply. Please note we have no control over the delivery process once it leaves our warehouse. All orders come with tracking for you to check the status of your delivery at any time and it is the customers responsbility to ensure their details are correct.
International Shipping
We offer worldwide international shipping. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Printibly is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
In-store pickup
After placing your order and selecting pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 4 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9:30am - 4:30pm, Monday - Thursday.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 4 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@printibly.com.au with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
P.O. boxes
We can ship to PO Boxes within Australia only.
