Shipping

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    We typically ship in 2 -3  business days, after proof approval for your order

    However this can depend on the items you have selected. 

    Some items we don't hold in stock so this can add 2 - 3 days before we recieve from our supplier to print and dispatch. 

    For an accurate estimate, every item has an expected dispatch date on the page.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    We sure do! We can ship products to most countries around the world.

    Please be aware that different countries have unique customs rules and regulations. Unfortunately, if your package gets held at customs you will be responsible for communication and any additional costs required to release your item(s).

  • How do I track my order?

    When your order ships you will receive a separate email providing you with a tracking number to track your order. Sometimes this email gets sorted into spam or promotions folders so be sure to take a look in there if it feels like you have been waiting a little too long.

    You can also log into your account and click on the order in question to see the status.

    *Please note that sometimes the tracking can take a day or two to be updated by the carrier. If it looks like its not moving, chances are its on its way!

  • What format should my image be?

    When it comes to getting your designs printed with us, we want to make sure everything looks fantastic. Here’s a quick rundown on what kinds of graphics work best:

     

    Preferred Formats:

    • AI (Adobe Illustrator): Great for vector graphics and logos.
    • EPS (Encapsulated PostScript): Ideal for scalable graphics.
    • SVG (Scalable Vector Graphics): Perfect for web and print.
    • PDF (Portable Document Format): Ensures high-quality printing.

    Acceptable Formats:

    • JPG (Joint Photographic Experts Group): Must be high resolution (300 dpi) and scaled correctly.
    • PNG (Portable Network Graphics): Also needs to be high resolution and correctly scaled.

    What You Should Know:

    • Resolution: For JPG and PNG files, make sure they’re at least 300 dots per inch (dpi) to avoid pixelation.
    • Scaling: Graphics should be scaled to the size you want them printed at to ensure clarity and sharpness.
    • Questions?: Not sure if your file will work? No worries! Just reach out to us, and we’ll check it out for you. We’re here to help make sure your design comes out looking awesome.

  • Will I receive a proof to check?

    When you order printed garments or stickers from us, we want to make sure everything is just right for you. That's why we'll send you an online proof to review before we start production. This proof allows you to see exactly how your design will look when it's printed.

    Feel free to take your time checking over every detail. If there's anything you want to change—whether it's adjusting colors, resizing graphics, or tweaking text—just let us know. We're here to accommodate your preferences and make sure you're 100% satisfied with the final product.

  • Do you have a minimum order?

    Order Exactly What You Need: No Minimums Required!

    We understand that every order is unique. That's why we do not enforce any minimum order quantities. Whether you need just a handful of items or a truckload, we're here to fulfill your requirements efficiently and affordably.

    We believe in flexibility, and that means you can order precisely what you need, no more and no less. Need a single item for a special project? No problem. Planning a large-scale event or stocking up for the season? We've got you covered there too.


    Bulk Discounts Available

    While there's no minimum order quantity, we do offer attractive bulk discounts for larger orders. This means you can take advantage of significant savings when you choose to order more. Our pricing structure ensures that the more you order, the more you save—a win-win situation for your budget and your needs.

Returns & Exchanges

  • What is your return or refund policy?

    We want you to be thrilled with your purchase and come back for more.

    For any items where there is a defect, or an error made on our behalf we will replace free of charge to you.

    Unfortunately for any custom printed items, we do not offer any exchanges or refunds unless there is a physical fault with the item or a printing error on our behalf.
