Here's the lowdown on uploading your artwork:

Step one: Save it as a PNG – it's the way to go for all the vibrant details!

Step two: Aim high with a minimum of 300dpi. The sharper, the better – let's make those colors pop!

Want to rock a transparent background? Just upload it that way, and we'll keep it crystal clear.

The sky's the limit.. well up to a max of 58cm wide!

Pocket prints? Think 10x10cm for those little pockets of style.

Got a letterbox shape in mind? We're talking 28cm wide by 10cm high – perfect for making a statement.

Feeling bold? Go big with 28cm x 28cm prints that demand attention!

But here's the kicker – with DTF, you call the shots! Scale your prints to fit any garment like a boss. Go wild!

If your artwork's resolution is a bit low and things are looking pixelated or have some see-through bits (you know, those semi-transparent pixels), it might not turn out as sharp as you'd hoped.

You might notice some extra white sneaking in, messing with the colors and peeking outside the edges of your design. Let's aim for that crisp look, shall we?

DTF printers operate with the CMYK color model, while your computer screen and software like Photoshop use RGB.

Every computer screen struts its stuff with its own unique flair, showing off colours in its own special way. This means what you see in your screen can vary from what's printed.

We've got our printers all colour-calibrated using fancy spectrophotometers to convert your RGB colours into CMYK colours with accurate reproduction.

9 times out of 10, when things aren't sticking right, it's all about the pressure game. Either we're not giving it enough oomph, or we're going a bit overboard, or hey, maybe it's just not spreading out evenly.

Here's the fix: Up that pressure just a notch. If you've got buttons, seams, or zips causing chaos and making the surface all bumpy, no worries – grab a heat press pillow and elevate the transfer area and simply press again.

To keep your prints looking fresh and funky! Here's the lowdown on washing:

- We recommend turning your garment inside out before placing in your machine. This will help avoid friction against your print

- Keep it cool with a chill wash (30-40°C), or even go for a cold wash vibe, and opt for medium washing cycles (600-800 rpm). Quick wash programs (30 minutes to an hour) are where it's at!

- Stick with gentle detergents and go easy on the softener.

- After washing, give your garments some space – no need to throw them back in the wash right away.

- When drying, go for the inside-out line dry method – it's the way to go!

- Steer clear of harsh chemicals like bleach – let's keep it gentle.

- Say no to tumble drying and ironing those prints – we want them to stay fabulous!

Pro tip: hold off on washing for at least 24 hours after pressing – let those prints set and strut their stuff!
