Yes. What you see includes your bulk discount and GST, and there are no setup or artwork fees. The only thing that changes it is if you change the order.
Can I get a formal quote PDF for approval?

Yes. Every unit of the same style code counts together, so juniors and seniors, or two house designs, still hit the volume tier.
How long does it take?

Can I supply my own garments?
Yes, BYO is welcome. Items must arrive brand new and unwashed so the print bonds properly.
What print method do you use, and how durable is it?
We print premium DTF (direct-to-film) — a full-colour digital print that bonds to the fabric with a soft hand and holds up wash after wash. Unlimited colours on a side at no extra cost, no screens, no setup fees. We specialise in DTF and don't offer screen printing, DTG or embroidery.
What file types can I upload for my logo?
Upload PNG, JPG, PDF, SVG or Adobe Illustrator (AI) artwork. Vector files (SVG, PDF, AI) print sharpest at any size. If your file isn't print-ready, a real in-house designer will enhance it before your proof — or refund you if it genuinely can't be printed. No setup or artwork fees either way.
Who ships my order, and how much is delivery?
Bulk orders ship free via StarTrack Express, Australia-wide. 95% of orders leave our warehouse in about 3–5 business days after you approve your proof, with express delivery typically 1–3 business days on top depending on your state.
