How lightning lane printing is priced
What a printed garment actually costs
A custom printed garment has two costs: the blank garment and the printing. GOODMATES Canvas Tote Bag X9001 blank is $10.00, and printing one side is $11.95 — so one finished garment is $21.95 including GST. Printing is charged per side, not per colour, so a five-colour logo costs the same as a one-colour logo. A second side adds $12.00. Lightning Lane is a flat $10 a garment on top, for same-day printing.

- 3Approve your proof, and the clock starts. A real person checks your file and emails a proof. Nothing prints until you approve it, and your dispatch window counts from that moment.
Bulk discounts start at 10 units and reach 40% at 400. They apply to the garment and the print together, and you can mix any sizes and colours of the same product to reach a band.

What is Lightning Lane?
Lightning Lane is our same-day print upgrade. For $10 a garment your order goes straight to the top of the press queue instead of taking its turn. Everything else about the order stays the same.
What's the cut-off for same-day printing?
12pm Adelaide time, Monday to Friday. Two things need to happen by then: you place the order, and you approve your proof.
Why does my proof approval matter?
We never print before you sign off on the proof. A same-day print needs a same-morning approval, so keep an eye on your inbox after you order.
What happens if I miss the cut-off?
Your order is first on the press the next business day. Orders placed on a weekend are printed first thing Monday.
Is every colour available on Lightning Lane?
Lightning Lane runs on our high-stock colours. Each product on this page shows only the colours that qualify, and the product page marks them with a bolt.
Does Lightning Lane mean same-day delivery?
