How trucker caps printing is priced
What a printed garment actually costs
A custom printed garment has two costs: the blank garment and the printing. AH295 Polymesh Trucker Cap blank is $12.90, and printing one side is $11.95 — so one finished garment is $24.85 including GST. Printing is charged per side, not per colour, so a five-colour logo costs the same as a one-colour logo. A second side adds $12.00.
- 1Pick a garment and your print areas. Front, back or sleeves. Each side is a flat $11.95 no matter how many colours are in your artwork.
- 2Choose your quantity and see the price move. The bar at the top of this page reprices all 12 products at once. No quote to request and nothing to wait for.
- 3Approve your proof, and the clock starts. A real person checks your file and emails a proof. Nothing prints until you approve it, and your dispatch window counts from that moment.
Bulk discounts start at 10 units and reach 30% at 200. They apply to the garment and the print together, and you can mix any sizes and colours of the same product to reach a band.
Printibly vs a typical printer
On one printed AH295 Polymesh Trucker Cap, and on 50.
| Item | Printibly | Typical |
|---|---|---|
| Setup fee | $0 | $40–$85 |
| Per extra print colour | $0 | $2–$4 ea |
| Artwork fee | $0 | $45+ |
| Minimum order | None | 10–25 units |
| Flexible discounts | Up to 30% | Limited |
| One printed garment | $24.85 | Quote only |
| Median dispatch | 3.1 days | 10+ days |
Typical figures are the fees, charges and lead times we see most often on Australian print sites. Limited means most printers only count units of the same size and colour toward a discount band — ours stack across every size and colour of one style. Our prices include GST; many quotes exclude it.
How our pricing works
No setup fees, no minimums, no quotes. Every price on the site is the finished garment.
1Garment plus print. That is the whole price.

What you payfrom $24.85Inc GST, before any bulk discount
Print is charged per side, not per print — one logo or five, small or full width, costs the same. A second side is $11.95 rather than another $11.95, because the pair is priced together.
Discounts build across one product, not across your whole basket
Mix any sizes and any colours of the same style and they all count together toward one band. Two different styles each earn their own.

$1,164.75−$68.50
Reaching 50 of one style is worth $68.50 on these garments. Mixed sizes and colours of that style all count toward it — mixed styles do not.

4What we never add on
- No setup fees. Not on your first order, not on a one-off, not ever.
- No artwork fees. We check every file and tell you what will affect the print, free.
- No per-colour charge. Full colour costs the same as one colour.
- No minimum order. One garment is a real order and gets a real proof.
- No quote to request. Every price is on the page, live, before you talk to anyone.
- GST is already in. An ex-GST quote elsewhere is 10% higher than it looks.

Got Questions?
Is there a minimum order?
No — 99% of our range has no minimum. Order one trucker cap or hundreds; ideal for individuals, teams, events and business.
Can I preview my design before ordering?
Yes — our online designer shows a live preview of your custom trucker cap before you buy, so you see exactly how it prints.
What printing method do you use?
Premium Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing — vibrant, full-colour and durable, with no colour limits. Ideal for logos, photos and detailed artwork.
How fast is turnaround?
Around 3-4 business days from our Australian facility — far faster than the usual 10+ day industry lead time.
Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes — bulk pricing applies automatically as quantity rises across a style; mixed sizes, colours and print placements all count toward the same tier.
How should I care for my printed trucker cap?
Turn it inside out and wash cold. Avoid bleach, don't tumble dry, and never iron over the print — our DTF prints are engineered for long-lasting wear.
Are there any setup fees?
Never — no setup or art fees. The price you see is the price you pay, and we'll beat any genuine like-for-like quote.
