I researched several different services when looking to create a custom graphic singlet as a Christmas gift. I ordered a personalised rock slate and I was a little concerned about process - postage time surrounding Xmas. And then I was communicated that stock expected went missing but was assured that they are prioritising another load of slates. Once they came in they got it done and shipped express at no extra charge. I received a few days before Xmas and I was absolutely thrilled and happy with the outcome on what I wanted. It was beautiful! Their communication was prompt and customer service was top notch. I do recommend this company as they went the distance to get me what I ordered before Xmas!
